CARAVAN PARKS

The Upper Murray has some fantastic caravan parks located close to town, on the river or beside scenic farmland. With well maintained facilities, hot showers, covered BBQ areas, powered and unpowered sites, reasonable rates and friendly managers to help you make the most of your stay, there is sure to be a park to suit you and your family.

CAMPING AREAS

If you are on a budget, self-sufficient or just like to escape from it all then free camping may be the best option for you. There are many beautiful free camping spots located in the Upper Murray, some within National Parks and others located in public land reserves. Please ensure that you check local rules and regulations on whether pets are permitted in parks and reserves and leave campsites in good order and free from litter. CARAVAN AND MOTORHOME DUMP POINTS

There are two public dump points in the Upper Murray, one is located at the Corryong Saleyards on the corner of Donaldson street and Stock Route road in Corryong and another is located at the Walwa Community Recovery Centre on O’Halloran Street in Walwa. The dump points are well sign-posted and there is no charge to use these facilities. The Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia has a list of over three hundred public dump points, this list can be accessed on the CMCA website by clicking here. Corryong is proud to be a CMCA registered RV friendly town.
